You’ve got questions about St. Paddy’s Day events. We’ve got answers.
Are all of these St. Paddy’s events on Saturday morning?
Chicago likes to get after it early, so many of these events do start in the morning, but we’re hosting dozens of parties across the city, some of which will start on Saturday afternoon, as well as St. Patrick’s Day proper (March 17). Be sure to check the start time of your event before buying tickets.
Is there a dress code for these events?
You might wanna wear green.
Are food and alcohol included as part of the ticket packages?
Most of our St. Paddy’s event tickets do include alcohol & appetizers, but not all of them. Please see the details on each event page as there will be variations depending on the venue.
What are the appetizers / food that will be served?
Food offerings will vary by location and menu, and will often include passed appetizers or buffet bites. For more info, please contact the Event Specialist listed on the dedicated event page.
What do the ticket “tiers” mean when buying a ticket?
There is no difference in package or event inclusions when it comes to ticket tiers. They refer only to price increases as event ticket inventory decreases and the event date gets closer. The sooner you can buy, the lower the price will be.
Do we need to purchase a table?
No, table packages are optional. They are a great way to secure venue real estate, and additional product and service for your group.
Do I need to buy a ticket if I bought a table?
In nearly all cases, YES. Please see the details on each separate event page for specifics. Most commonly, tables are sold separately from General Admission tickets, since tables are an optional upgrade. If an event sells tickets WITH a table package, it will be clearly indicated that it includes a set number of tickets.
Does the name on the ticket need to match?
No, the name on the ticket does not need to match your ID. Bar codes on tickets can only be scanned once, then that ticket becomes void.
I can’t find my ticket. What do I do?
Tickets will be emailed to the email address submitted when buying tickets. If you do not receive an email, please check your spam folder first. If you still cannot find your tickets, please visit the specific ticket page used at purchase and follow prompts by the ticket provider for how to locate/re-send your tickets with your login created at checkout.
What is your cancelation / refund policy?
All sales are final and non-refundable. Tickets are transferable, however. Much like a concert, show, or sporting event, once a ticket is purchased it is final. The person who bought the ticket does not have to be the attendee who uses the ticket. In the case that you can no longer attend, please re-sell or “gift” your tickets for use.
